What is the franchise fee and total investment required?

Our franchise fee is US $40,000.  Your staff size will determine the total investment.  Including six months of operating expenses, the range is US $73,000 to US $128,000.

What does the MRINetwork franchise include?

We offer a turnkey, full-service franchise in the permanent placement and contract staffing industry.  The franchise fee includes: affiliation with the world’s largest, and most successful, recruiting network, 4 weeks of initial training, 50 weeks of field support, our proprietary recruiting software / CRM, computer hardware, vendor agreements with the top job boards, a contract staffing backroom, your website and marketing collateral, ability to offer RPO services, the best buying power in the industry, and access to our pooled candidate databases.

Is financing available?

MRINetwork has relationships with 3rd party lenders, allowing you to choose from SBA-backed loans, operating leases, 401K rollovers, and more.  We will assist in creating your business plan, and provide recommendations on what loan vehicle will suit your needs.

How long has MRINetwork been in business?

Founded in 1957, MRINetwork has been franchising since 1965.  Today, MRINetwork is the largest, 100%-franchise owned recruiting network in the world.

What is a business-format franchise?

In business format franchising, the franchisor prescribes for the franchisee a complete plan, or format, for managing and operating the establishment.  The plan provides step-by-step procedures for major aspects of the business and, anticipating most management problems, provides a complete matrix for management decisions confronted by the franchisees.  The major advantage of buying a business format franchise is that the “system,” the means for distributing goods and or services, has been developed, tested, and associated with the trademark.  As a result, rapid expansion of a successful concept can occur more quickly than through company-owned expansion.

How do I find, select and train new recruiters?

We work hand-in-hand with both new and established owners to help you build and grow your businesses. You are not alone through the hiring and on-boarding process, as we assist from advertising to interviewing and assessing, to selecting the right people for your company culture. When a recruiter joins your team, MRINetwork has the training programs and methodology in place to help your new employee succeed in this business.
